Today’s window in the calendar showcases Rhubarb Triangle Gin. Naturally there’s a strong rhubarb presence. This gin sings of a citrus flavour and somehow I just got a taste of Apple pie! (Or is it rhubarb pie?!) I am still contemplating about the contemporary approach in this spirit.... very different from the others we have sampled. Garnished this with Juniper berries... I love the fact that I am left figuring out the botanicals every day!!
