I got this bottle by chance some 3 years ago and decided to open it today. A gin with very Asian based flavours.
Distilled in France but embodies the typical flavours of Vietnam, this gin made from botanicals commonly found in Vietnam such as lemongrass, lime, ginger and Jasmine Tea.
On the nose, the lemongrass is strong and terribly inviting! On the palate, it is smooth, very versatile and finishes with a slight warm, spicy finish. Had it with a generous pour of soda and garnished with lemongrass and strawberry....
