Today, I am enjoying the River Test Gin, a Christmas gift so well chosen and just seemed fitting to open.

My heart is full.

We were blessed to have had the privilege to return home for a month over Christmas to be with family and friends. While the initial reunions were met with joy, excitement and warmth, the parting was tearful and fraught with so much uncertainty on when we would meet next.

As I reflect on the month that was, I am filled with gratitude. A time spent rebalancing our priorities. A month of warm, tight embraces, of many photos taken cataloguing our reunions, of recounting our new hobbies developed, of counting our blessings and of wishing these would always last.

May all our rivers continuously bring us home!
