We picked this dignified bottle on our recent travel. This Scottish Gin features 16 botanicals including a string of my favourite ingredients such as pomelo, kaffir lime, lavender and oolong tea. Bruised some kaffir lime leaves for garnish and I was totally pleased to be able to stray away from the classic lime and lemon. It has floral notes and has a warm, rich finish. To be honest, I could not quite capture the oolong tea flavours but the strong woody scent was prominent. Personally, an absolute gem of a find!!
