Asia’s biggest gin festival is around the corner- the The East Imperial Gin Jubilee! A celebration of the spirit and all things gin! What a legitimate excuse this has created (not that I really needed one!) to have one of our favourites. Poured in a healthy measure of the gin and complemented it with East Imperial Old World Tonic, which is a great vehicle for the flavours to shine through. This gin is a sweet infusion of rhubarb and leaves you with a warm twist of ginger. Hints of orange lace the spirit quite well too. Happy gin-ning everyone!!!
