Bacardi is here with their second expression from their Cask Finish series - the Bacardi Reserva Ocho Rye Cask Finish. The five-year Cask Finish series previously debuted with a Sherry Cask Finish in 2021, which was highly popular, as the the rum brand continues to attract whisky lovers to the rum category.

The series will continue to see a new release launched every August until 2025.
The new Rye Cask Finish edition of Bacardi's Reserva Ocho was aged in American oak barrels for 8 - 12 years before being finished in rye casks for 2 months.
It carries a 45% ABV and is said to be smooth, with notes of "caramel, vanilla, orange and hints of walnuts and almonds".
