Bunnahabhain is getting a head start on Feis Ile 2023, with an unpeated Islay single malt matured in Canasta casks.
Canasta is a category of Sherry made from Palomino and PX grapes and is said to offer up "layers of complexity, richness & sweetness" to the Bunnhabhain expression.
