Bunnahabhain is getting a head start on Feis Ile 2023, with an unpeated Islay single malt matured in Canasta casks.

Canasta is a category of Sherry made from Palomino and PX grapes and is said to offer up "layers of complexity, richness & sweetness" to the Bunnhabhain expression.

"Created exclusively for Feis Ile 2023, this beautifully balanced Bunnahabhain has been fully matured in rare Canasta sherry casks, once home to skilfully blended sherries made from Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes. The expression is bottled at 51.2% ABV.
