Four Pillars Debuts New Wild Isle Gin In Collaboration With Island Gin Featuring Local Manuka Honey
As part of Four Pillars' Distiller Series, the famed Australian gin maker has taken this time to collaborating with Island Gin over at Great Barrier Island, off the coast of Auckland.
Having experimented with various salty island botanicals, the distillers eventually landed on a savoury and briny gin with also the use of Manuka honey sourced from the island's local beekeeper.
Four Pillars suggests using the gin for Martini's and also the classic G&T with a wedge of grapefruit.
To complete the vibe, Four Pillars has made the limited edition gin's label specially illustrated with land and sea floral and fauna paying homage to the homes of both distilleries, which is then rendered with a glow in the dark print!

The new Four Pillars Wild Isle Gin will be launched on 18th September 2025, with early access to members at 10 AM on 17th September 2025.
