The 2024 Edition of Four Roses' Small Batch Bourbon marks the 17th Edition of one of the Kentucky distillery's most beloved expressions.

The annual series is made from a blend of four batches of Bourbons made using various recipes from the distillery's 10 unique house recipes each with a four letter acronym for a name, indicating the mashbill and yeast strain used.

The 2024 Edition Small Batch is made from:

39% - 16 Year Old OESF Bourbon (Mint, Fruity, Full Body)

31% - 12 Year Old OBSV Bourbon (Delicate Fruity, Spicy, Creamy)

23% - 15 Year Old OESK Bourbon (Spicy, Full Body)

7% - 20 Year Old OBSV Bourbon (Delicate Fruity, Spicy, Creamy)

This has created a Bourbon that is said to offer "creamy vanilla, honey and brown sugar on the nose are followed by the flavors of ripe berries and tangy citrus on the palate. Intertwined are herbal notes and Four Roses' signature mellow spice to balance out the layers of complexity and sweetness with a delicate finish".

The 2024 Edition Small Batch is bottled at 54.1% ABV (108.2 Proof), and is priced at US$220, and will be made available at the Four Roses visitor center in Kentucky, before a wider rollout across the US in September. A total of 16,680 bottles have been produced.
