Last year, when George Dickel's Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. distiller Nicole Austin teamed up with Todd Leopold, founder and distiller at Leopold Bros Distiller, their collaboration limited edition rye whiskey flew off the shelves and picked up a bunch of awards.

They're back.

This time the George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blend is created by blending Leopold Bros' Three Chamber Rye with George Dickel's column still rye produced at the Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. The Cascade Hollow part of the blend was debuted in 2021 in the inaugural release of the Collaboration Blend.

Official Tasting Notes

Aroma

Lavender, Elderflower, Rose, Sweet Hints of Maple Syrup, Marshmallow and Cocoa.

Taste

Rosewater, Blackberries, Caramel, Lavender, Fig, and Citrus.

Finish

Earl Grey, Honey, Cocoa.
