The Jamaica expression comes from New Yarmouth and is bottled at 50% ABV, distilled in August 2019 using a pot still and bottled in September 2022, with a total outturn of 1000 bottles. It is priced at an RRP of 57.50 EUR.

Aroma

Very ripe fruits, flambéed banana, jackfruit, very ripe mango, a vegetal, roasted side and extremely present esthers, very perceptible on the nose.

Taste

Fruit, this banana side, a very pronounced mango side, like a mango-banana smoothie, a pleasant creamy side with a smoothness in the mouth, a small burnt and roasted touch, spicy with Sichuan pepper.

Finish

Tart and fleshy

Aroma

Very aromatic and fruity, with aromas of mango, mirabelle plum clafouti, pepper, this amber side found in certain perfumes.

Taste

Oily and peppery, deliciously sweet and expressive with lots of body, white-fleshed fruit, almond and a touch of eucalyptus.

Finish

Vegetal and subtle

Ultra expressive developing aromas of truffle, humus, fresh cane, sandalwood, incense.

Taste

At first very iodized which is quite confusing but interesting, Williams pear, a slight woody side, white tea, praline.
