South Korea's Three Societies Distillery has announced the launch of their next expression - the Ki One Batch 6 Pedro Ximenez.
Pedro Ximenez is of course the popular Sherry cask used for maturing whiskies, and within the spectrum of Sherries, it is a richer and sweeter style (particularly as opposed to Oloroso), hence its popularity.
The new Batch 6 Pedro Ximenez will be bottled at cask strength and at a drinking proof of 46% ABV.
It will be launched first as a distillery exclusive on 24th August, with 100 bottles of each proof, cask strength and 46% ABV, with the cask strength expression carrying a 2 bottle limit per person.
