Mars' Single Malt Komagatake 2022 has been announced to be arriving soon.

The 2022 Edition will be a vatting of Bourbon barrels, Sherry barrels and Port cask -matured whiskies.

The label adorning the new edition will feature the iconic roof of the Shinshu distillery, located in the Nagano Alps, alongside the mountains in the background.

Aroma

Fruity notes of apricot and banana, followed by elegant and deep aromas reminiscent of apple tea.

Taste

Dried plums and hazelnuts from the Sherry casks, followed by the gentle sweetness of acacia honey.

Finish

Rich and full on the palate, smooth and pleasant, with hints of ripe persimmon.
