The bespoke gin expression was made specially for the bar's House Martini, and is based on a London dry style, this time with a "heavy palate weight and a bunch of native Aussie botanicals".
This specially made Caretaker's Cottage House Gin will be made exclusively available to drink at said smallest pub in Victoria that's gone on to become anointed a World's 50 Best Bar in just two years of its establishment.
