Moët & Chandon Collaborates With Pharrell Williams In Celebration Of The Iconic Champagne House's Birthday

 

Moët & Chandon has partnered with singer-songwriter-producer Pharrell Williams to launch a limited-edition collection, this time celebrating not quite an event or person, but ... the essence of celebration.

That's right, The Moët & Chandon Pharrell Williams Limited Edition Collection will be celebrating birthdays and the joy of human connection. This collaboration puts the focus on the people who make birthdays special, and emphasizes that the true essence of celebration lies in the shared moments, not just gifts or events.

This comes in a long line of Moët & Chandon having been the Champagne of choice for birthday celebrations, gracing the special days of royalty and cultural icons in music, sports, and cinema!

From Paul Newman's 40th in 1965 to Scarlett Johansson's 30th with her twin brother in 2014, and Roger Federer's intimate family celebrations, Moët & Chandon has been part of more than some iconic special occasions.

Together, Moët & Chandon and Pharrell Williams delved into the archives of the House and found that, the iconic tie on the bottle was actually a bow in 1889. The bow is said to symbolize togetherness, generosity, joy and surprise.

 

 

The limited edition collection features the house's Brut Impérial (75cl) in Gold, Midnight Blue and Deep Red, along with Nectar Impérial Rosé (75cl) in White.

Pharrell has personalized the Moët & Chandon collection with his unique aesthetic for this collaboration, using white dotted lettering like pearls on the packaging and bottle. Notably, he's redesigned the bottle's traditional red seal into a pearled monogram of his rounded, intertwined initials, PW.

 

 

There's also something else: The Bow Capsule editions also features an oversized fabric bow adorned with pearled beads, crafted by Parisian embroiderers Atelier Baqué Molinié. The bow is also detachable and can be worn as a brooch.

The Bow Creation (1.5L) will be available in Brut Impérial in Midnight Blue and Nectar Impérial Rosé in White, available in limited quantities.

The special collection will be launched globally on 1st March. In Singapore, it will be
available exclusively at W Singapore - Sentosa Cove and selected FairPrice Finest
stores in April, with prices starting from S$85.

From May onwards, it will also be available at outlets such as Zouk, HighHouse, and HaveFun Live Show.
