Own Your Very Own Cognac Single Cask With Martell's First-Ever Private Cask Program

For fans of Martell's eau-de-vie, the Pernod Ricard-owned house has launched a private cask program that allows you to own a whole single cask.

Four single casks will be offered for sale to debut the Les Fûts Uniques de Martell collection, honoring the traditional past of Cognac, where (up to the 19th Century) it was traded in casks. The collection itself is also to be launched as part of Martell's 300-year anniversary.

An annual selection of Martell's rare Cognac is set to be offered as single casks, which are bottled and shipped to clients in wooden cases.

Each cask is drawn by cellar master Christophe Valtaud from a special reserve called the Réserve Héritage:

1. A 268-litre cask that contains a 27-year-old Martell Borderies Cognac (43% ABV) produced by the Firino-Martell family.

2. A 268 litre cask that contains 30-year-old Martell Grande Champagne Cognac (48% ABV).

3. Similar to the 2nd, the third 263-litre cask contains Grande Champagne is offered in and is aged for 32 years (43% ABV).

4. The final cask final cask has a capacity of 265 litres and was aged for 32 years. Filled with Grande Champagne, it is offered at 46% ABV.
