The Redbreast Dream Cask Zenith Edition stands at a whopping 38 Years Old, bottled at 45.3% ABV, and was crafted using a re-casking method that is said to honour the brand's past and future. It is the fruit of Redbreast's Master Blender Dave McCabe and Master Blender Emeritus Billy Leighton.

Distilled in 1985, this Irish whiskey was aged for 27 years in American oak ex-Bourbon casks, before a secondary maturation in first-fill Oloroso Sherry cask for the next 11 years.

The expression is said to offer "spice and vanilla tones to the expression, alongside ripe and juicy blackcurrant flavours from the Sherry cask, and undertones of chocolate and nuts".
