A 19-year-old wheat whiskey is the latest release from Heaven Hill: the 2025 Heritage Collection, which is the oldest wheat whiskey from the brand to date.
The whiskey has a mashbill of 51% wheat, 37% corn and 12% malted barley. Only 277 barrels were made in August and September of 2005 and aged for 19 years on the fifth and sixth floors of the distillery's rickhouse Y.
The nose is presented as having notes of sweet honey, seasoned oak and baking spices. On the palate one can expect cinnamon and graham crackers, and a finish said to be warm with maple syrup, caramel, and tannins.
Bottled at 100 proof, it has a MSRP of $299.99 per offering. Heaven Hill shared that it intends to ship out its orders in March 2025.
