Announced yesterday by America’s third largest spirits supplier Spirit of Gallo, Heat Check is a new hot pepper-flavored vodka created in partnership with New Amsterdam Vodka and Hot Ones.

As New Amsterdam Vodka looked for an expert in the spicier side of life, their eyes fell on Hot Ones’ host Sean Evans. 

Like the spread of hot sauces that celebrity interviewees sweat it out to on Hot Ones, the vodka combines a blend of hot pepper flavors from deep, earthy Serrano and Fresno to the fruity, bright notes of Habanero.

"Hot Ones is bringing the heat to fans yet again with the launch of Heat Check, a not-too-spicy, not-too-mild, but just right pepper-infused spirit in partnership with New Amsterdam Vodka," said Sean Evans.

"I'm thrilled to invite spice lovers to see if they can handle the heat, from celebrating with a spicy shot, to poolside sipping on the official cocktail of summer, the Heat Check Spicy Scorched Lemonade."

In support of this red hot release, Heat Check will be the presenting sponsor of an upcoming episode of Hot Ones.

Of course, it’ll also be making appearances on the show by being paired with Evans’ renowned “hot ones, and even hotter wings” .
