Beloved Irish whiskey Redbreast is continuing on with its American Oak series, taking us to the Ozark forests of Missouri!

In an incredibly unique and fascinating expression, we'll see the use of Missouri Oak, which will help to produce an expression that carries notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, as well as rich berry fruits and vanilla cream.

The expression was first matured in American Bourbon barrels and Spanish Oloroso Sherry butts before being re-casked and aged for 10 months in Virgin Casks made from oak sourced from the Ozark forests of Missouri.

It is bottled at 50.5% ABV (101 Proof).

This follows the Redbreast Kentucky Oak Edition that is part of the American Oak Series as well.
