Last night at @limehouseasia to celebrate the release of their second official bottling with @preciousliquors - a single cask 1994 New Yarmouth from Cask No. 435038, aged for 24 years in the tropics before being shipped to Scotland and bottled on 18 January 2022 with an outturn of 282 bottles.

This one was diluted down to 57.1%, just to give it a little more balance and kinder on the palate. Its very approachable and a nice introduction to the rum category, quite very different from their first Caroni bottling which was an impeccable beast, but both are still great rums in their own right!
