Overall - An interesting name for a seasonal limited sake, 米一粒酒一滴。Slightly bubbly when I pour out the first glass. The aroma of 🍈 is clearly evident with hints of barley water and 🍌. The light taste matches the light body and the medium umami makes the sake a well balanced one. The long tail is just nice and compliment the level of umami. This sake is on a drier side and the taste will continue to linger at the back of the throat for quite some time before it disappear. A very simple, clean and crisp sake that will go well with most food. I didn’t pair it with anything but just drink it chilled after a long day at work. I would have paired it with Bak Kut Teh or stir fry chicken in sesame oil which I think will make a great combination. A seasonal easy to drink sake from Bijofu which is recommended for anyone that wants to try the Bijofu range of sakes and who likes a drier finish.
Overall, this is a good sake.
