Overall - Another 🍶 which meets the standards of the GI of 山形县. Made from an eating 🌾, this 🍶has a mixture of fruity flavor which includes a hint of 🍯. Being a medium sweet 🍶, it is easy to drink and popular with the palates of ladies. The light umami and body makes it a well balanced 🍶. The medium sweet taste brings out the fruitiness as well. Although marketed as a 纯米吟酿，the 50% Seimai Buai can easily categorized this 🍶as a 纯米大吟酿. Recommended to drink this chilled at 10-15 degree to bring out the fruitiness of the 🍶. Had it with 🍣 on day 1 and 🥩 fried 🍛 on day 2. Overall this is a very good 🍶
