A very refined sake for 58% polishing rate. It was made to resemble wine. In fact they recommend drinking it from a wine glass. The aromatics in this is amazing, one whiff and all the fruity aromas hit you.
On the palette it is sweet but not cloying. There is a nice nutty umami that balances it out, followed by a short finish. Interesting rice from Yamagata - first time trying Tsuyahime.
