Notes - Made with Dewasansan 🌾 polished to 60%, this 🍶 is squeezed in early Spring and then aged in ❄️ temperature before shipping as a muroka namazake (no filtering no pasteurization) which explains the slight yellow tinting color of the 🍶. Clean and crisp in the mouth with some airy texture. Mixture of fruity aromatic fragrance with a hint of lactic acid bitterness. Medium acidity down the throat with a lingering astringent cranberry aftertaste. Being a namazake, you can still feel some rawness and layers of complexity in it.

This 🍶 is easy enough to drink on its own without any pairing but must be enjoyed chilled to capture the aromatic freshness of the raw 🍶.

Overall, this is a good and value for 💰🍶.
