Sake Reviews

Hakugakusen Shinku Karakuchi Junmai

The label "Shinku" is dyed in bright red to represent the dryness of this sake. But when we drank this we didn’t feel like it was extremely dry - in fact it was quite smooth and soft, then finishes sharply. Nice round flavors of rice and it tasted more polished than it is.

Brewery: Yasumoto Shuzo
Origin: Fukui
Polishing Ratio: 65%
Rice: Gohyakumangoku
