Notes - Managed to try another bottle of Hiroki during dinner at @kyuubyshunsui_official. Clean and dry on the palate with aromatic ginjo notes of citrus and finishing off with a hint of spicy aftertaste. This is also a Namazume (pasteurized once before bottling) and needs to be keep refrigerated and best to consume completely once open.

This lovely bottle was paired with the 1st half of the omakase dinner consisting of some marinated/smoked appetizers, freshly sliced sashimi & ikura and grilled salmon with a stock reduction dressing. The 🍶 pairs really well with the sashimi by adding a hint of citrusy to the fish and elevating the freshness. It also works together with the grilled salmon dressing by adding just that little spiciness to the dressing and making it tingle on the tip of the tongue.

Overall, this is an excellent 🍶. Another superb bottle from Hiroki. 👍 👍
