A very nice Junmai Daiginjo from Miyagi made with their local rice strain Kura No Hana. It’s basically everything you would expect from a Junmai Daiginjo. Delicate. Clean. Strong tropical fruit aromas. Miyagi breweries make Daiginjos very well.
