Overall - A 🍶 from Niigata where the heavy snowfall provides an abundance of clear mineral water for the making of this 🍶. There are hints of steam 🍚 aroma with light touches of 🍒 and🍌. Not a very strong aroma 🍶 but enough for me to appreciate the different aromas swirling in my 👃. The light taste makes it very enjoyable and easy to drink. The level of umami is just right to match the length and body as well. Not too overwhelming on the palate. I chose this 🍶 for a gathering over steamboat at my best friend place. This 🍶 is light and easy enough to be drank by beginners who typically likes the JMDGJ or JMGJ style. Goes really well with the steamboat as it is light enough and not overpowering the sweetness from the seafood and meat. Highly recommended for beginners and very economically priced.
Overall, this is a very good 🍶.
