A restaurant exclusive bottling at Kei Hachi. It was super aromatic with strong pineapple smells. The sake itself tasted very sweet and fruity. Interestingly, we found out from the label that it’s using CEL-24 which is one of Kochi’s prefectural yeasts - and the most aromatic!
