Kiss of Fire. Junmai Daiginjo. Ishikawa prefecture.
One of the special Junmai Daiginjo that everyone said can be served warm or chilled. It is light, aromatic and semi dry sake. Well balanced sharpness with a clean aftertaste. Polished to 50% using Yamada Nishiki rice and slow aging for 3years at low temperature. I prefer mine to be served chilled.
