Junmai Daiginjo polishing rate 50% but it is a dry sake. Sake from Kobayashi Shuzo, Hokkaido , Kitano Nishiki "Maruta" Tokubetsu Junmai. Ginpu rice. Concentrate texture sake with notes of almond & vanilla, best to pair with Grilled Dishes especially Wagyu Beef.
