Kokuryu Hiirazu. Only once a year. One such name released on February is Hiirazu.
Unlike the expensive version of Kokuryu, this is a premium Namazake with a nice swing top. Nose of fruity and herbal. Apple & Pear And some japanese herbs. On the palate, it is silky and supple with a rich roundness. Its freshness and long finish, replete with umami and acidity.
Unlike the usual Kokuryu's character. I would suggest to pair with sashimi.
Fukui prefecture.
