Aromas were amazing, they were filled with 🍌bananas, cinnamon and it would also probably remind you of 五香.
There’s a slight fizziness to this sake and the taste reminded me of banana oats with cinnamon sprinkled and mixed into it. You get a hint of star anise that really balances out the whole flavour.
The hojicha felt more like a quiet member of an orchestra that was in the background and it was also what really held all the flavors together.
I could easily finish a bottle if I wanted to. 🫣
