Made of Dewa No Sato rice from Yamagata. Strong fruity aromas of white peach and banana. Initially, I found it too sweet and felt that it was better as a dessert sake. But it ended up being so smooth that we drank the entire bottle in one sitting. Opens up over time, great easy drink.
