Kubota Senjyu ( 1000 Long Lives ) from Niigata prefecture. Products of Asahi brewery which always put their quality in priority. Gohyakumangoku rice , Junmai Ginjo.

Notes of amazing dried fruits and mineral. Mild aroma , round structure and mellow taste.
