Notes - Made with Masumi No.7 yeast and association No.1801 yeast and with 3 different 🌾 variety, this 🍶 is full and rich in the mouth with lots of complexity. High acidity resulting in a twitching sensation at the back of the throat with a bitter aftertaste that leaves the palate clean and dry.

This 🍶 is dry enough to pair with most 🍖 dishes that are grilled or stewed or deep fried. It can also go very well with local braised pork trotters or fatty meat. Highly recommended drinking chilled and for 🍶 lovers that prefers a dry style 🍶.
