Limited release. While many varieties of table rice from Hokkaido are famed for its supremely high quality & used at some of the finest Sushi-ya, Sakemai or rice used for sake is hardly cultivated in Hokkaido, given that the extremely harsh conditions during winter.

Notes of mango, melon and banana. Sweet and smooth, thick texture and fruity.
