Overall - Another bottle of Nihonsakari 日本盛生酒namazake. But this time a 纯米大吟酿. Nama 生酒meaning not pasteurized. I must say that Nihonsakari has a great selection of Namazake. This 🍶 has a strong fruity aroma consisting of lychee and 🍏 which balances the light body. With a medium taste and length, this 🍶 is really well balanced and easy for beginners that are new to namazake. With a refreshing and medium dry sweetness, this 🍶 will go well with 🥩 and seafood dishes. I paired it with home cooked medium 🥩 tenderloin and stir fried vegetables and it elevated the flavor of the food especially the 🥩. Overall this is a very good 🍶.
