Notes - Ryujin Shuzo is a small brewery located in Gunma Prefecture whose origin dates back to the end of the 16th century and takes its name from the very pure water spring on which it was built. This is a limited edition bottle named Padlock of Love which was launched to commemorate Valentine’s Day (2/14) and Graduation Ceremony (3/14).

Made with 100% Yamadanishiki 🌾, this 🍶 is smooth and floral in the mouth with lots of 🍈 and ginjo aroma. A very refreshing 🍶 that is good for all occasions. Medium acidity can be felt with a slight burning sensation as it slides down the throat and ending with a subtle bitterness. A medium sweet Junmai Daiginjo that is flowery and definitely fit as a Valentine’s Day drink or any other occasions.

This 🍶 will definitely be good to pair with Valentine’s Day dinner where everything is supposed to be sweet and flowery and gentle. Imagine sipping away on something that is gently sweet while staring into the eyes of your loved one during dinner. I guess the feeling says it all. This 🍶 is also highly recommended to drink on its own while snuggling at home and watching the latest Netflix series, The Brother Sun. After all , Love is in the air. 💗 💗 💗
