Notes - In commemoration of New Year, Ryujin Shuzo launched a limited edition New Year 🍶. This is to welcome the New Year and gave thanks to the previous year by having a seimai buai of 39% which also means Thank You.

Rounded and exceptionally well balanced in the mouth. Medium body which helps to make the 🍶 slightly robust as it circles within the inner cheeks. Very aromatic with white flower fragrance and a brilliant refreshing taste. Short ending with some bitterness as it slides down the throat. A very different kind of namazake as compared to the usual ones.

As a small brewery in Gunma Prefecture, Ryujin Shuzo does produce a lot of interesting 🍶 that are modern and cater to new 🍶 lovers and yet having the roots of a traditional 🍶 brewery. 😊 😊
