Notes - My 2nd bottle of Sakunohana over 2 weeks. This time is a Daiginjo which uses 💯 Nagano Prefecture Hitogokochi 🌾. This 🍶 is elegant in the mouth with lots of body and mouth feel. Well balanced and rounded with lively sweet fragrance and ending off with a dry and clean finish.

Paired with some Japanese Shibazuke Sennari Hyoutan, Miso Cheese with crackers and piping hot 🍢. As the 🍶 has a dry aftertaste, it is good to pair with heavy flavored food as it will clean out the palate after every sip and ready the palate for the next advantage. The profile of this 🍶 is also easy to pair with local hawker food such as satay, oyster omelette, char kway tiao. An easy to drink 🍶 that can also be enjoyed on its own.

Highly recommended for 🍶 lovers who are new to this brand as I’m sure there will be something in their lineup that can cater to the most exquisite tastebuds. 💥 💥 💥
