Senjo Junmai Daiginjo “Full Moon”

Aromatic, mild and smooth. Yet it retained a lot of flavor. A certain robustness comes through in the middle. Bottled as part of the “On a night like this…" series. It’s made of local Nagano rice called Sankeinishiki.

I enjoyed this bottle quite a bit. Had this as a pre-dinner drink and we emptied it without any food. A waste I did not get to try the other bottles from the series!
