Notes - This is a seasonal winter 🍶 by Sharaku. Light and fragrant in the mouth and bursting with aromatic fruity aroma. Sharp acidity and finishing off with a Yuzu aftertaste that lingers for awhile.

This 🍶 was enjoyed over dinner @shokkan_shibuya and it makes the most amazing pairing with the potato salad with smoked takuan and negitoro with toasted seaweed wrap. The 🍶 being so elegant and light is just so easy to pair with toasted/smoked dishes as it doesn’t interfere with the smokiness of the dishes. Highly recommended as a first drink during dinner with appetizers.
