Notes - This 🍶 is pasteurized once and will be required to store in low temperature environment of 5c or less. Specially chose this bottle during dinner @esora.restaurant. Smooth and light in the mouth with aromatic ginjo notes of fragrance fruits dancing on the tongue with a slight sweet 🍓 aftertaste. A very fruity 🍶 that will be well received by ladies.
Pairing was done with the amazing modern omakase kappo dishes @esora.restaurant which consists of various dishes made using winter ingredients from 🇯🇵. Some of the dishes that goes really well with the 🍶 includes 🐓 wing stuffed with jagaimo and black truffles, hokkigai with botan 🍤, pan seared kinmedai. The 🍶 adds another level of freshness to the seafood and making them taste much sweeter. With such a delicate 🍶, you have to enjoy it really chilled to maximize the flavor.
