Have been eye-ing this sake for a long time and it definitely hit the spots I was hoping for.

It had a fruity 🍏, ricey umami aroma. Some slight effervescent umami flavor giving you a refreshing feel with an acidic, bitter finish.

A well-balanced medium-bodied sake best served cold as the bitterness/green tastes becomes more pronounced with an increased temperature.
