Toko Junmai Ginjo Cho Karakuchi 東光超辛口纯米吟酿60% Seimai Buai
Rice - Haenuki 🌾 Prefecture - Yamagata 山形県 Brewery - Kojima Sohonten Co Color - Light Green Aroma - Steam 🍚, 🍌, 🍈, soya sauce Taste - Light Umami - Medium First impression - Crisp Body - Light Sweetness - Dry Tail/length - Medium Overall - This 🍶meets the standards of the GI of Yamagata. Being a Cho Karakuchi type 🍶, it has a very crisp taste on the palate. Strong aromas of🍌 and 🍈 will let drinkers assume that this will be a slightly fruity type of 🍶before first tasting it. I’m surprise by the medium umaminess of the 🍶and it clearly complement the medium length. Being a crisp and light 🍶, I had it chilled at Hana Bie and paired with medium rare🥩. It really bring out the favor and sweetness of the meat. Overall this is a good 🍶and I would recommend it for first time drinker of 超辛口type of 🍶.
