Notes - A seasonal 🍶 brewed with 💯 Hyogo Prefecture Aiyama 🌾. Delicate and clean on the tongue. A subtle fruity sweetness lingering in the mouth with every sip and finishing off with a slight yuzu tartness.

Didn’t manage to pair with any food beside a bag of hot and spicy 🥔 chips. Given a chance, I’ll pair it either with hotpot or stew beef cubes as the sweetness from the 🍶 will help to elevate the sweetness of the dishes. This 🍶 will also go well with deep fried food as the texture of the 🍶 will help to balance the oiliness feeling. A nice bottle for Aiyama 🌾 sake lovers to enjoy.

Overall, this is a very good 🍶 that is gone within the hour. 🏆🏆🏆
