🍏 🍏 🍏 🍓 🍓 🍓
Notes - The name Zaku means to “make” or “create” was chosen to convey that true value of sake is to be created together with the customer. This is a nakadori sake which means middle pressed. A medium pressed sake is always thought to be clearer and more robust in flavor. Clean and light on the tongue with loads of 🍏 aroma and a hint of 🍓 note. Smooth with a slight bitterness which clears out into a natural sweetness of 🍏 at the palate.
I paired it with Nissin instant noodles and roasted 🐓 meat and I have to say it really compliments each other. The light body and clean texture of the sake washes away the otherwise too oily roast 🐓 and salty taste of the noodles making the food taste milder with every mouthful of sake. I would also recommend pairing it with Korean ginseng chicken soup or crispy roasted pork as the sake will add another layer of complexity to the dishes. Recommended to drink chilled to enjoy the fruity aroma and for sake drinkers who are new to Zaku.
Overall, this is an excellent sake. Definitely worth a try. 🥂👋
