Complementing these culinary offerings is a thoughtfully curated selection of premium beverages, carefully selected to harmonize with the diverse flavors of the menu. Andrew Martin, Head Chef at the new Fatboy Izakaya branch, comments on his approach to the new menu:
“As a Canadian-Japanese chef, I've honed my skills across the globe. Now bringing that global perspective right here to Bangkok, the city’s vibrant food scene inspires me to be inventive and playful with our menu. I aim to celebrate the abundance of Thailand's incredible fresh produce with a combination of imported ingredients to create a tasteful experience that goes beyond the ordinary."
